Countrywide Surveyors

Countrywide Surveyors

Countrywide Surveyors is the Essex  based company.

It is our understanding that Countrywide Surveyors no longer provide building surveys offering instead valuations on properties.  We believe that Countrywide Surveyors have targets of 6 points a day carrying out six valuations or three valuations and a home buyers report a day taking on average only 15 minutes at the property without a head and shoulders view of the roof space.

Countrywide Surveyors we understand are predominately Associate members of RICS surveyors (AssocRICS), this means they are the entry-level RICS qualification not fully qualified Chartered Surveyors.  We have spoken to ten Countrywide Surveyors and out of ten only one was a RICS Chartered Surveyor.

Surveying software CoreLogic has been used by Countrywide Surveyors we believe since the last quarter of 2023 which is a standardised way of reporting valuations and home buyers reports.

If you are buying a  new property then a building survey is a must have and we provide full structural building surveys also known as Building Surveys and Level 3 Surveys from our highly qualified Independent Chartered Surveyors.

Our Building Surveys will save you time and money

1

Meet your Surveyor at the property

We always recommend coming along to meet your Chartered Building Surveyor on the day of the survey at the property.  Our Chartered Building Surveyor will be able to discuss any property issues or concerns you have together with giving advice if you are planning to extend or amend the property.

2

Example Surveys

Why not take a look at one of our full structural surveys and compare it with other Surveyors – we believe our building surveys are the best money can buy and are happy to send you an example survey of a property of similar age, type and style to the property you are wishing to buy.  Or simply click on one of the icons below to view some examples of our building surveys.

Latest Survey Equipment

All our Building Surveyors use the latest surveying equipment to ensure accurate readings and analysis of property issues.  For example our Surveyors use thermal imaging cameras in their assessments as well as the latest damp resistance meters during their inspection of your property.
