Damp Mould and Condensation
We are independent surveyors and as such when we are asked to look at damp problems we give an independent review. We make our money from preparing the reports; we don't make our money by preparing a report that recommends a certain course of action. We have open to us the knowledge and the opportunity to give you best advice as to how to solve the problems. We are not a damp proof company and therefore our property surveyors are real surveyors as opposed to sales people who will advise you to chemically inject your damp proof course or similar.
