Listed Building expert Surveyors
As this property is a Grade ll Listed thatched property we wanted a Surveyor with a good understanding of Listed buildings and the Surveyor we instructed certainly did. We were able to meet him at the property, which we found to be a very useful exercise.
The building survey report we received gave a breakdown of the work needed to be done and approximate costs so at present we are negotiating a reduction on the price due to the survey findings and hope to proceed with the purchase of this property.
