Save money with a Building Survey
The survey 1stAssociated carried out for us we feel was money well spent. They highlighted various problems. Even though the vendor decided to reduced the property by £10,000 after looking at costs for the roof alone we have decided not to buy the house.
We have since found another property and hope to instruct 1stAssociated again

Very detailed Building Surveys
