Easy to understand Building Surveys
We instructed 1stAssociated to survey a property we wanted to buy in Mablethorpe. Although we were unable to meet the surveyor at the property we were emailed a very detailed easy to understand report. The report had photos throughout and even sketches to explain things in more detail. Recommended Building Surveyors
1stAssociated carried out a survey on another property for us and we were so pleased with their service and standard of work we instructed them again to survey this property. Building Surveys with solutions and anticipated costs
I chose 1stAssociated as I have a BISF (British Iron and Steel Federation) property and they advised they have a surveyor who specialises in non traditional property. As I wanted the steel frame inspected and did not just want a visual survey I was asked to open up the property for the surveyors arrival.
On meeting the surveyor I was very impressed by his knowledge. He highlighted various issues such as the rusting of anchor bolts to the roof, and the fact that the humidity needed to be managed better along with other issues. I was also given within the report an estimate for works required which was very helpful.
Overall it was a very useful survey and I would like to thank all involved.

Peace of mind with a Building Survey
The report we received from 1stAssociated is very detailed and it has highlighted lots of issues I didn't expect. My instinct is telling me to just walk away from the property but I would like to have a conversation with the surveyor before I make the final decision.
Whatever the outcome I am pleased I decided to have a full survey as my initial feeling was to go ahead with the property not aware of the problems that were hiding.
