Very Detailed Building Surveys
I had a few concerns regarding this 1900s semi detached property and asked 1stAssociated to survey it for me. On viewing the property I noticed condensation on the windows and also that the garage was in a dilapidated state . These items were looked at and more and I received a very detailed report on the property.
We are still deciding whether or not to buy the house based on the surveyors findings and would like to say we were very happy with the standard of the report and the service we received.

Great Building Survey Service
1stAssociated were instructed by us to survey a Victorian mid terrace we were interested in buying. We had a few concerns as to whether the property was structurally safe as a chimney breast had been removed and also an internal wall. The surveyor was very good and covered both these issues and more.

Meeting the Surveyor at the survey was great
I booked through 1stAssociated to have a Schedule of Condition carried out on a pub I was looking at leasing. Meeting the surveyor at the property was great and the report was very well laid out. As well as a Schedule of Condition I also received a Property Report. Everything has now been passed to Greene King and I will be going ahead with the lease on the pub.

Fast Response Schedules of Condition
We contacted 1stAssociated for an urgent Schedule of Condition on an office we were looking at leasing. The speed at which everything was arranged was fantastic. Due to a cancellation the survey was carried out that afternoon!

Brilliant surveying service
Having a survey with 1stAssociated was brilliant and confirmed what I thought I already knew. I felt I had possibly been mislead relating to this property by both the vendor who told me he had had a structural survey that did not show any problems and the estate agent.
As well as receiving a very detailed report the surveyor also took the time to call me and we had a very lengthy conversation the day of the survey.
I am now looking for another property and will definitely be using 1stAssociated again.
