Save money with a Building Survey
I booked a survey with 1stAssociated on a detached Victorian/Edwardian property I was interested in purchasing but had a few concerns with. On receiving the report which was very well laid out and easy to read my concerns were confirmed. I will not be going ahead with the purchase of the property and feel by having the report the surveyor saved me a lot of money.

Easy to understand Building Surveys
This is the second survey we have used 1stAssociated for as we were very pleased with their work the first time around. We found the photos within the report were very useful, and meeting the surveyor at the property along with a follow up call after we had received the report was extremely helpful and clarified the situation for us. We did go ahead and purchase the property and have just moved in.

Great Surveying Service
We instructed 1stAssociated who carried out a very thorough survey of the property we were looking at buying. Unfortunately the survey highlighted the property had problems which were difficult, expensive and time consuming to resolve so we will not be buying it but without the survey we would not have been aware of the issues.

Meeting the Surveyor at the property is very helpful
We instructed 1stAssociated to survey for us and were pleased to be able to meet the surveyor at the property on the day of the survey. We received a very lengthy report that had a good, bad and ugly section which was very useful. We were also able to discuss the report with the surveyor once completed. We are pleased to say we are buying the property (and will be neighbours with the old vendors as they are building a property next door!)
