Health and Safety Risks
In our surveys we will comment with regard to any health and safety risks we can see. This could be for example a high level flat roof that needs scaffolding around it before it can be repaired or a chimney. We will always use a safe access to view high level areas such as a cherry picker. We will advise of any risk that we feel you are taking on with regard to high risk areas.
