We have been commissioned by the prospective purchasers of your property to carry out aa one-off inspection and Building Survey on the commercial property and have booked an appointment with yourselves to carry out the Survey.

To enable us to provide a comprehensive report on your property it would be appreciated if you could answer the following questions as fully as possible in the online Vendor Questionnaire below.  Not completing this Vendor Questionnaire may hold up the Commercial Building Survey/Sale.

    Thank you for completing this questionnaire. As part of the survey we require you to confirm the following together with your consent, which we will deem as having had your consent unless you specifically email us otherwise.

    Allow use of photographs/media and sales details in our reports and our client communication;
    Clear out airing cupboards etc in which hot water cylinders, stopcocks etc are located;
    Clear access into any roof spaces;
    Please leave the keys for any locked doors, cupboards and windows in an envelope clearly marked for 1stAssociated.co.uk in the kitchen, hidden near to the kettle;
    Arrange for the central heating and radiators to be turned on at some point during the survey;
    Make available any copies of guarantees for double glazing, woodworm treatment etc;
    If loft access please confirm there is a loft ladder available;

    Survey
    Our Chartered Building Surveyor will arrive at the property if the survey is in the morning at around 10:30 or if in the afternoon at around 13:30 (give or take an hour). The nature of this work means delays can happen due to the weather etc and we will keep you informed if there are any problems.
