Meeting Building Surveyor at property was very useful
We called 1stAssociated as we wanted a survey on a 1950s/60s end of terrace property we were looking at buying to rent out. The property cosmetically was in a state but we just wanted to know whether it was structurally ok. My husband met the surveyor at the property which was very useful.
Within 3 days of the surveyor going out to the property we received the report which was easy to understand and had lots of good photos of the property throughout which we found really helpful. Due to various problems highlighted by the surveyor with the roof we are currently in negotiations over the price but at the right price we hope to go ahead with the property.

Peace of mind Building Surveys
This was two semi detached properties currently being used as HMO (Houses in multiple occupation). It was great to be able to meet the surveyor at the property.
Due to structural problems the surveyor highlighted and problems with the land following the searches I have decided not to buy the properties.
I am not at present looking for other property but will most definately not hesitate in using 1stAssociated again in the future if I require a surveyor
