Everything was arranged quickly and efficiently. Being able to talk to the surveyor face to face at the property was great as he was very knowledgeable. Since receiving the report, which was well laid out and easy to understand I have also been able to speak to the surveyor by phone to discuss a few issues, which has been very helpful. Overall the service has been brilliant and I am pleased to say I am going ahead and buying the property and by using the findings of the survey I have managed to negotiate a £10,000 reduction!! I wanted a survey on a ground floor apartment I was interested in buying. I had concerns as my partner has breathing difficulties and I had seen some internal dampness in the back bedroom when I viewed the property. I was sent an example survey and given a great quote and I was also advised the surveyor would be more than happy for me to attend the survey so I decided to go ahead. Due to the finding of the survey I will not be going ahead with this property but am at present looking at another property of which I will definitely ask your Building Surveyors to survey.

We booked a survey on a 1950's/60's end of terrace property we were looking at buying to rent out. The property cosmetically was in a state but we just wanted to know whether it was structurally ok. My husband met the Surveyor at the property, which was very helpful. Within 3 days of the Surveyor inspecting the property we received the survey report. The building survey was easy to understand and had lots of good photos of the property throughout, which we found really helpful.
